In our work together to co-create a refreshed strategy for the Boston Human Rights Commission, we saw Ân weave together policy legacies, stakeholder dynamics, and emerging realities while staying grounded in the promise of the Commission and its charge to protect the rights of Bostonians.

We worked with Ân and their team in early 2025, as federal changes were coming fast and furious. It was heartening to watch how Ân and their colleagues adapted tirelessly to make sure the city was caring for its residents amid the chaos and cruelty of the new administration.
