Last year, Bobby became Executive Director of The Record Co, an organization that provides resources and pathways for musicians and artists in Boston. With accessible space and tech, communal events and vibes, and professional training, TRC helps make our city more creative by making it possible for creatives to make their art here.

We worked with Bobby at his moment of transition into leadership. We are inspired by his clarity of strategy and purpose in a time of great change. When his own role was transforming, his organization was regrouping, and the landscape of support was shifting around him, Bobby was clear about why The Record Co matters, and what it does for Boston’s artists and makers.
