Tania Baez is the Work Based Learning Coordinator at the Dearborn STEM Academy. She supports students in their pathways experiences, coaching them to identify their skills and strengths while partnering with employers to design work activities that help students shine.

Tania shows us that helping others find their own success is the deepest reward.
