Dr. Lyssa Palu-ay is Dean of the Office of Justice, Equity and Transformation (JET) at MassArt. We’ve watched her navigate with grace as she supports this organization in its journey to be a more just and equitable institution. Lyssa moves fluidly between the systemic and the individual, as she supports policy, programmatic and personal shifts.

Lyssa shows us what it looks like to be at once sure-footed and open-minded as we work through equity questions.
